PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.31/A2/2018 dated 24.08.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue the Daily fishing Permit slip to the petitioner's vessel bearing Registration No.TN 07-MM-1539 and to supply the subsidy diesel continuously.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent dated 24.08.2018 and consequently direct the respondents to issue the daily fishing permit slip to the petitioner's vessel bearing Registration No.TN 07MM-1539 and to supply the subsidy diesel continuously. 2.In the admission stage itself, the impugned order has been stayed by this Court on 03.09.2018.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 03.09.2018, the petitioner was receiving a concessional rate of diesel and he was permitted to fishing. Further, while pending the Writ Petition, there was Gaja cyclone in which the petitioner had lost his boat and also received compensation from the Government.

4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
