Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is one of the plaintiffs in O.S.No.120 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi. The suit is for declaration and permanent injunction. The said suit was decreed as ex parte on 17.03.2014. The petitioner seeks mutation of revenue record based on the judgment and decree. The petitioner has given application to the second respondent in this regard. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
