PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to measure and demarcate the petitioner's property situated in R.S.No.195/3B1 to an extent of 0.43.00 Ares, 1 Acre 6 Cents within the time stipulated by this Court after issuing notice to all the adjacent land owners and other parties concerned as per the provision of survey and boundaries Act and also direct him to issue certificate in accordance with the provisions of Survey and Boundaries Act.
