To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to settle his surrender leave salary for 120 days in respect of the years 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 togehter with interest at the rate of 18 percentage per annum payable from the date of retirement to till the date of actual payment.
