PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai to expedite the suit proceedings in O.S.No.252 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District and to pass judgment and decree in the said suit within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai, to expedite the suit proceedings in O.S.No.252 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District and to pass judgment and decree in the said suit within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. The petitioner is the plaintiff in the suit in O.S.No.252 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District, seeking declaration, injunction, mandatory injunction and recovery of possession.

3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 252 of 1995 within a reasonable time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.252 of 1995 within a period of six moths from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
