O RDER When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate Court and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.348 of 2023 and after full trial, the petitioners were convicted.
