COMMON ORDER When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the petitioner's company has gone into liquidation and that the liquidator has also been appointed. Therefore, the present writ proceedings can no longer be continued by the erstwhile Managing Director. It is for the liquidator to move this Court by filing an appropriate petition and seek to continue the proceedings. It is stated that the liquidation was ordered on 14.06.2019. Till date, no steps have been taken by the liquidator to substitute himself in these writ petitions. Since no effective steps have been taken, I am https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
