O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to cancel the S.NO.1489/11 to an extent of 9 cents and consequently issue joint patta in the name of Petitioner to an extent by including 9 cents in S.No.14879/11 for the total extent of 12 cents, by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 24.7.2025 2.Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, 12 cents of land in S.No. 2/6

1489/10 was originally owned by the Petitioner's father in law Nagasamy Naidu. The said property was wrongly divided into two parts and patta was issued in favour of Petitioner's father in law only for three cents and remaining 9 cents was classified as vacant site in a different S.No.1489/11.Therefore the Petitioner submitted the instant representation seeking deletion of entry in revenue records in respect of S.NO.1489/11 and inclusion of the said property in S.No.1489/10 and issue of patta in the name of Petitioner for total extent of 12 cents, instead of three cents. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.MrD.S.

Nedunchezian, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 24.7.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after affording reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
