This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13674 of 2024, dated 30.08.2024.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the original condition, which was imposed by this Court on the petitioner to report before the respondent police for a period of four weeks is now over and the petitioner has also complied with the above said condition without fail.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
