PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the first Respondent to comply with the order, dated 13.06.2022 passed by the learned J.M.Court No.I, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.951 of 2022 and conduct enquiry and file final report/FIR before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court.1, Madurai within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that this Petition had been filed seeking direction against the Respondents to comply with the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.951 of 2022 and conduct enquiry and file final report/FIR before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court-1, Madurai, within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. 2.It is the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based on the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, the first Respondent had conducted enquiry and in the enquiry, he had directed the Petitioner to obtain appropriate documents from the University Grants Commission and only on furnishing of such documents, they may be able to proceed further. Therefore, with the above advise, the enquiry was closed and a report was also sent to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai.
