C., to direcet the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Shencottai to dispose C.C.No.99/2018 within stipulated time and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 08.11.2019, and letter in D. No.494/2021, Dated 19.03.2021 received from the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, for seeking further six months time to dispose the case and the arguments of Mr. P.T. Thiraviam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. A. Robinson, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, this Court made the following order: This Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai, to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16192 of 2019 on 08.11.2019. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai, has sought for further extension of time of two months. 2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai, in the letter in D.No.494/2021 dated 19.03.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court.

3.In the circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Shenkottai, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.99 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible.
