This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.349 of 2016 dated 12.06.2013 pending on his file and to file the final report.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as ' Mistake of Fact' on 05.01.2017.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However the respondent police is directed to serve RCS notice to the defacto complainant forthwith and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
