The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension. During the pendency of the writ petition, the order of suspension is revoked by order dated 21.09.2016. 2.Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
