O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.69 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Nilakkottai and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that eventhough, this revision petition has been preferred to strike of the plaint in O.S.No.69 of 2021, he restrict his prayer to give a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial process within a period of stipulated by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent also agreed to request of the petitioner to dispose the suit within the stipulated period.

4. Considering the facts that since the suit was filed in the year 2021, there shall be direction to the learned District Munsif, 2/4

Nilakkottai, to dispose of O.S.No.69 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
