Prayer : This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order dated 12.05.2023 made in Cr.M.P.No.8523 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Tirunelveli and set-aside the same insofar as the third fraudulent transaction taken place on 03.02.2023 through transaction ID:IGAPVQZBN5 in Payu (using INB paid to reliance retail limited) for Rs.1,93,998/- and consequently direct the first respondent police to return the aforesaid amount to the petitioner. 1/4
