PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to dispose the petition in Na.Ka.B5/60521/2016 filed by the petitioner with regard to 4 acres 46 cents of land in S.No.7/3 of Periyakulam Village, Kadaladi Taluk expeditiously within such time as may be directed by this Honble Court on merits and in accordance with law. 1/4

The petitioner has filed a petition before the second respondent in the year 2016 for rectification of error in UDR, however, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the enquiry has been concluded and the order will be passed within a period of eight weeks.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
