To extend the time period granted by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.17200 of 2021 dated.02.12.2021. Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 11994/ 2021 :
To modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.17200 of 2021 dated 02.12.2021 in respect of report before the trial court daily at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation to report before the respondent police at 10.30 am for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.SUKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court and to modify the condition imposed.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to his health issues, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.17200 of 2021 dated 02.12.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the condition to appear before the concerned Magistrate Court daily at 10.30 a.m., due to his health issues.
4. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 02.12.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17200 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and this Court modifies the condition to appear before the respondent police once in fifteen (15) days at 10.30 a.m., sd/- 04/01/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
