This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 from interfering with the civil dispute by assisting the respondent Nos.4 to 6 in getting along with a construction in Survey No.519/1, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District which is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the subjection matter of a civil dispute in O.S.No.9 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that, in spite of the order passed by the competent civil Court, the respondents 4 and 5 along with 6th respondent have proceeded with the construction in the property situated in Town Survey No.519/2, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District. Immediately, the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent police, but the second respondent police in collusion with the respondents 4 to 6 have given protection to the respondents in proceeding with the said construction. Hence, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed as civil dispute. He further submitted that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are not harassing the petitioner.

4. Recording the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that based the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed as civil dispute, no further order is required in this case.
