Corporation.

2.Today, he states that he has instructions that the notices ought to have been issued by the Urban Land Habitation Development Board. Hence, the impugned notices would have to go. 3.We, therefore, direct the competent authority in the Urban Land Habitation Development Board to issue fresh notices to the petitioners within one week from today.
