2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the one Malarkodi before the Superintendent of Police, Madurai, enquiry is pending in B4/N DIS/E-4849734/94/2023. However, the petitioner is having 14 previous cases pending against him. 3.Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Let the petitioner appear before the Enquiry Officer without fail. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
