Respondent Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent herein to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.09.2020 by following the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai in Cr.M.P.No.2035 of 2021 dated 29.10.2021.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 2.The petitioner filed a petition before the jurisdictional Magistrate and obtained a direction under Section 156(3) of CrPC. Since an FIR had not been registered pursuant to the said direction, this criminal original petition has been filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the respondent has since filed closure report after enquiry before the jurisdictional Court. It is for the petitioner to canvass his contention before the very same Court, which issued direction on 29.10.2021. 4.Giving liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
