This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order, dated 29.02.2016.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that without issuing any charge memo, he was directed to appear before the enquiry officer to conduct the enquiry. The petitioner apprehending that he will not be granted sufficient opportunity in the enquiry proceedings has approached this Court.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending writ petition, the petitioner was terminated. Thereafter, the petitioner approached the Administrator who was appointed as Administrator by the orders of the Court. The Administrator had heard the petitioner's grievances and had reinstated the petitioner. After reinstatement, the petitioner is continuing in his service and till now, he is in service. 4.Therefore, nothing survives for adjudiciation. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous 3/6

petition is closed.

5.The learned Counsel appearing for respondents 6 and 7 submitted no instructions before this Court and filed a memo to that effect. The said submission is recorded.
