Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2021 and to make mutation entry of his name in the Village Register, Taluk Register and other revenue records with regarding to his property for an extent of 8 1⁄2 cents in Survey No.23/12 (Jameen Adangal Survey No.15) situated at Sivalarpatti Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District on the basis of his Sale Deed Document No.1072/1956 dated 30.06.1956 and grant Patta in his name for his above said property.
