ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No. not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of 1/3
the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.589 of 2023.
3.Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by summoning both parties. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
