2. The learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram, has sent a letter in D.No.374/2025 dated 13.05.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of S.C.No.179 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.10.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padmanabhapuram, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.179 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
