2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the amount involved in this criminal case is more than Rs.1 Crore and thereby, the investigation in Crime No.66 of 2023 has been transferred to the District Crime Branch, Sivagangai. 3.Since the respondent police have already transferred the case in Crime No.66 of 2023 to some other police station, no further directions can be given in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of. In case if the petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation, if any, to be made by the District Crime Branch, Sivagangai, he is at liberty to approach this Court again.
