The writ petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.332 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent to some other investigating agency.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that already the criminal case ended in acquittal in S.C.No.332 of 2014 by the learned I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli.
