ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the first respondent not to permit any person other than the petitioner and his employees to enter the Therukumalai Estate through the Forest Road and Check Post without consent.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submits that the area is a reserved forest and this petitioner is one of the persons, who is having an estate along with seven others. The entry to the reserved Forest is restricted and the Forest Department is already maintaining a check post in the place. 2/4

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent that the Forest Department is having a check of movement of entry in the reserved forest, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required.
