2. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the petition-mentioned suit. The suit is five years old. The trial Court is directed to dispose of O.S.No.42 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
