ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents herein to produce the body or person of the detenue, Vaishnavi, D/o.Govindan, aged about 19 years who has been missing from 18.05.2018 before this Honourable Court and set her at liberty

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner a case has been registered in Crime No.117 of 2018 under Section 'Woman Missing'.Thereafter the detenue namely daughter of the petitioner namely Vaishnavi was secured and handed over to the petitioner and subsequently the crime has been registered as 'Action Dropped'. However the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that thereafter the girl was found missing.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.
