ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to provide patta to the petitioner for the house site in Survey No.188/1 in an extent of 713 Sq.feet situated at 5th street, Azhagar Nagar, K.Pudur, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District within the time period stipulated by this Court. 2.Though the writ petition has been filed for the above said relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2016, on its merits and to pass order within the time stipulated.

3.Considering the limited prayer that is now sought for the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion of the merits of the petitioner's representation, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.02.2016 and dispose of the same, on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and any other interested persons, if any, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
