ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 17.08.2025, in and by which, the petitioner has been granted permission to conduct Vinayagar Chaturthy procession on 30.08.2025.
2. The petitioner seeks permission to conduct Vinayagar Chaturthy procession on 29.08.2025.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that they are facing several law and order problem. Therefore, depending upon the 2/4
available police force, they have granted permission to the petitioner to conduct Vinayagar Chaturthy procession on 30.08.2025. He further submits that they are supposed to deploy police force for some other Vinayagar Chaturthy processions.
4. In view of the law and order concerns, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 17.08.2025.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 28.08.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
