Nos. 7 and 19 of 2014 dated 30.11.2015 and quash the same. The Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the order dated 30.11.2015 in C.P. Nos. 7 and 19 of 2014 passed by the First Respondent.

It is represented by the Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent that the Petitioner has paid the entire amount due in terms of the said order pursuant to the settlement reached between them and a memo dated 05.07.2021 has also been filed to that effect through e-mail, which has been placed on record. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for consideration in these Writ Petitions.
