ORDER

The petitioner claims that, her Principal, Abisegavalli, who is none other than her mother, is the owner of the property in S.No.215/3 to an extent of 0.81.00 Ares in Vennathur Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. The patta was also standing in the name of Abisegavalli. However, during the digitalization, the fifth respondent's name has been wrongly entered in the digital records of the patta. Therefore, a representation has been made to the respondents on 09.09.2024 to rectify the same. Alleging that no action is forthcoming, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the official respondents and submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, the third respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer has commenced the enquiry and has also fixed the date of enquiry on 25.10.2024. Summons would be issued to the petitioner and the fifth respondent in due course.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that enquiry has already been contemplated and that the Revenue Divisional Officer has fixed the date for enquiry on 25.10.2024, this writ petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the third respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer during the enquiry. The third respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the fifth respondent and other interested parties, if any, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
