ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for the issuance of writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to release the gratuity amount by implementing the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner Labour, Madurai, in P.G.No.102 of 2011, dated 26.06.2012, along with interest for the belated settlement of retirement benefits.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 4 and 5 submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, all the benefits were granted in favour of the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
