ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 354(A)(i)(ii), 506(ii) IPC, Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and Section 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, in Crime No. 323 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today (i.e., 04.11.2022), When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has already been arrested and as such, nothing survives in this petition.
