ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner in view of the representation dated 24.09.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the petitioner and the fifth respondent had married and due to some misunderstandings, they got separated, that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against the fifth respondent before the fourth respondent as well as before the Cyber Crime Cell, that during enquiry, the fifth respondent has given a statement stating that he would not create any issue with the petitioner and her family and that therefore the petitioner has stated that no further 2/4
action is necessary and on that basis, they have closed the petitioner's complaint.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
