ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to take action against the respondents 4 to 21 based on the writ petitioner's complaint dated 03.09.2024.
2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would 2/4
submit that the private respondents have raised objections for cutting oak trees and that therefore the third respondent has forwarded the writ petitioner's complaint to the Tahsildhar, Melur and is pending before him.
4. Recording the same, the Tahsildhar, Melur is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
