COMMON ORDER Three Writ Petitions had been filed by three separate petitioners who seek permission to participate in the tender proceedings which had been issued by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.A3/0371/2019 dated 14.12.2021 to participate in the tender for TASMAC shops in Virudhunagar District.

2. The grievance raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners in all three Writ Petitions is that, though they had purchased the demand drafts as required for the application forms, unfortunately, the fourth respondent had not issued the application forms.

3. Let me not keep the Writ Petitions any further on the board of this Court but rather direct the fourth respondent who is represented by H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel to issue application forms to the petitioners provided they purchase the necessary demand drafts and also fill in the application forms which are required to be filled in for participating in the tender notification. If all the requisite requirements are complied with, the fourth respondent is directed to permit the petitioners to participate in the auction.

4. Heard Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the first and third respondents, who also affirmed that the petitioners can participate in the auction provided that they comply with all necessary requirements.

5. No further orders are required in the Writ Petitions. The Writ Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
