Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. MURUGESAN.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court to appear before the respondent police daily at 6.00 p.m for a period of one month in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16164 of 2022, dated 19.09.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
