O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action against the proposed accused persons by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 12.02.2019, since the second respondent abused their power and try to escape the proposed accused persons from the clutches of law.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 12.02.2019 as against her husband, the second respondent has conducted enquiry and closed the same, by closure report, dated 12.03.2019.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
