Prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner to run the restaurant under the name and style of Gowri Krishna comprised in T.S.Nos.933/1 and 933/2 situated at Block No. 13, Ward No.2, Someswaran Sannithi Street, Kumbakonam Town, Thanjavur District.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4
