ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the respondent in proceedings Ni.Ma.24/98-99 dated 23.12.2015, and to 1/3

quash the same. Through the impugned notice, the respondent stated that the properties mentioned therein would be sold to the highest bidder to recover the loss allegedly caused to the respondent society by the petitioner.

2. Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that even prior to the issuance of the impugned proceedings dated 23.12.2015, the petitioner's father had sold the entire property. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader sought liberty for the respondent to proceed in the manner known to law.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed, granting liberty to the respondent to proceed to recover the loss in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
