ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action upon the fourth respondent considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.05.2024 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the fourth respondent is the petitioner's husband's brother; that the petitioner has given a complaint alleging that the fourth respondent had forged the signatures of the petitioner and her husband and obtained loan and that the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in current paper. He would further submit that despite issuance of summons, the petitioner has not turned up.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent on receipt of summons.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to directed to issue summons to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
