ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 109, 294(b), 302 and 506(ii) of IPC , in Crime No. 219 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is reported that the trial has already commenced and is almost on the verge of completion. The case was posted for arguments. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial on or before 10.12.2025.
