To set aside the decree and judgment passed in A.S.No.68/2004 dated 28.06.2005 on the file of Additional Sub Court, Kumbakonam modifying the decree and judgment of the Principal District Munsif Court, Valangaiman at Kumbakonam in OS.No.174/1994 dated 13.12.200 as null and void.
