ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging the transfer order passed by the first respondent, dated 02.03.2016.
2. This Court has granted an interim stay, dated 11.03.2016. The petitioner has enjoyed the interim stay for more than six years. Therefore, this Court is inclined to close this writ petition. The respondents are at liberty to transfer the petitioner as per law. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had attained superannuation. However, in spite of an interim stay order, the respondent did not allow the petitioner to join in the original place. The petitioner was finally allowed to join on 07.04.2016. Therefore, the period from 08.03.2016 to 07.04.2016 shall be regularized as duty 2/4
period. The petitioner has received the terminal benefits, but the said period was not regularized and the monetary benefits was not received by the petitioner. The respondents are directed to regularize the period from 08.03.2016 to 07.04.2016 as duty period and disburse the monetary benefits that is applicable to the petitioner. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 14.11.2022 Index :
