ORDER

This Writ Petition had been filed to direct the third Respondent to take appropriate action against the fifth Respondent for preventing the Petitioner from operating the auto rickshaw within the campus of the second Respondent by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2022.

2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, no representation for the Petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, dated 11.10.2022, enquiry was conducted and the Petitioner himself had appeared before the Respondent Police and given an undertaking to the settle the matter amicably. He further submitted that recording the undertaking given by the Petitioner, the Petition was closed. The submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. 2/4

3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as in the light of the order of the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in CDJ 2018 MHC 5100, in the case of G.Prabakaran vs The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
