....Respondents in all petitions COMMON PRAYER:- Petitions - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to extend the license period for the non-operation period of the petitioner for collection of user fee in the Mens and Womens Toilet in Brutan Plazaa, Mens and Womens Toilet in New Bus Stand, collection of vehicle fee in the Bryant Park, Nehur Statue vehicle parking and parking vehicle fee in Brutan Plazaa or adjust the license fee amount for the year 2021-2022.

In all these four writ petitions, the petitioners have sought for a direction to the second respondent Municipality to extend the lease / licence period by taking into consideration the non-operational period or in the alternative, to adjust the fees that was already paid for the year 2021 - 2022.

3. Heard Mr.Ramsundarvijayraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.K.S.Selvaganesan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and Ms.L.P.Maurya, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

4. It will suffice if all these writ petitions are disposed with a direction to the second respondent to deal with the requests / representations made by the petitioners in line with G.O.(D)No.337, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department, dated 16.06.2023 and the decision shall be conveyed to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. All these writ petitions are disposed with the above directions. No costs.
