2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Vennila, enquiry is undertaken in C.S.R.No.547 of 2023. It is alleged that this petitioner received Rs.2,00,000/- from the defacto complainant. Later refused to repay the same.

3.Since it is money dispute between the parties, let the above said complaint be closed by advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
